“21,398 keys, 26 artist grants, one vision” – so begin the opening lines of the 823 Key Project site. The idea is brilliant in its simplicity, and inspiring in its goal. Sell a series of one-of-a-kind, vintage, handmade, skeleton-key necklaces, and use the proceeds to create a grant fund that musicians and writers, painters and photographers, travelers and revelers can tap for their next project.

I ran into this dapper chap while on my way home from a long night of shooting. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a full shot of his suit, but his look just oozed with cool. The James Dean hair style coupled with the jet black sunglasses is a great touch.
