“21,398 keys, 26 artist grants, one vision” - so begin the opening lines of the 823 Key Project site. The idea is brilliant in its simplicity, and inspiring in its goal. Sell a series of one-of-a-kind, vintage, handmade, skeleton-key necklaces, and use the proceeds to create a grant fund that musicians and writers, painters and photographers, travelers and revelers can tap for their next project.

Notorious for putting their hearts and emotions on display for the world to interpret, Thursday hides very little from their audience.
